Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals in Uganda

Established in 2005, ASAPU is the national professional body that unites Secretaries and Administrative Professionals from across Uganda, including those at Embassies.

We raise professional standards through continuous learning, skills development, networking, and advocacy. We promote ethical conduct, professionalism, and a positive image of the administrative profession in both public and private sectors.

ASAPU collaborates with similar associations across Africa and maintains linkages with international professional bodies worldwide. We also manage the Secretaries & Administrative Professionals in Uganda (SAPU) SACCO.
